BEST
1. FaceTime - iPhone 4 to iPhone 4, anywhere there is WiFi
Its VOIP/Video service like Skype
2. Display - 326 ppi. 800:1 contrast ratio also 4x better than 3GS. Uses IPS technology for superb color and wide viewing angle.
3. 3.5" display, same size, 960x640
4. Gyro + accelerometer = 6 axis motion sensing (Gyroscope ) 3 axis gyro for pitch roll and yaw
 5. Video Recording at 720p at 30fps
 6. Connectivity : Dual mics, 802.11n
 7. Better Battery - 7 hours talk time / 14 h (2G). 6 hours of 3G browsing, 10 hours of WiFi browsing, 10 hours of video. 40 hours of music. 300 hours of standby

Good
1. Browsers in the lead with supporting HTML5 standard
2 .Huge apps collection ... as always
3. FarmVille / Guitar Hero  for the iPhone.
4. Thinnest smartphone on the planet.
9.3mm thick, 24% thinner than current iPhone
5. front facing camera. Camera with LED flash on back
6. the stainless steel band is the primary structure of the phone, "Brilliant engineering, uses band as part of Antenna system."
One side is Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, other is UMTS and GSM.
7.
Without developers doing any work.

iPhone OS 4 - Apps automatically run full size but look even better because iPhone OS automatically renders text and controls in higher resolution.
8. 32GB of storage
9. Showing unified inbox and threading in mail
10. Google here comes - iAds
for users it mean more free apps for developers more money!
11.  CPU - Apple A4 Processor
12. Tethering

Bad
1. Micro-sim tray,
2. No micro sd card
3. 5 megapixel camera
4. Looks like android type multitasking NOT like Symbian OS
you can control audio apps in multitasking bar by swiping left or right.
5. Display is NOT - OLED !!!
6. No Hot-Spot Capability like in Android

Ugly
1. Its a Apple !
2. It still control app market
3. For US users its still AT&T
4. Video-calling over WiFi only ( blame At&T )
5. No Flash in browser
6. Same old problem with iTunes ( must use it ) and no bluetooth file transfer

Review - Android OS keeps running lots of application in background, which is very good as it keeps your data sync. But you have no control over when you dont want them to run. Maybe you want your mobile to save battery or run faster. Advanced task killer does he jobs of killing all the apps you dont want. Simple and easy to use must have app.

Review – Classic, simple strategy game just like Tic Tac Toe where you have to connect 4 chips.  Small difference in game play is that chips cannot stay in air.

iPhone : If you want to get a expensive mobile but really do not care about real life need and features like -

Friend -"hey lets take our pic, and plz send it to my mobile"
You "Hey its iPhone, i cant do that, it dark here it has no Flash and i cant send you photos from my mobile !"

Your friend - "i have a gr8 new song from Movie wait i'll send u"
You - "No! i cant do that you send me the song on email i'll download then use iTune and then sync it to my mobile"

You can not delete some songs you don't like from you mobile. Yes, you have to sync it. You should always Sync from same computer, Apple thinks how can you have one laptop, one desktop at home and other work computer at office. You can not set ringtone from your songs in Mobile. Music player is a huge let down in iPhone you have no physical keys to control Play/Pause or Next previous like in Nokia N95.

So basically iPhone is good for only playing Games nor is it a good music device nor it takes a good photo. All in all its has great UI which makes a lots of Hype except that it has nothing to compete with other two mobile platforms.

Android - Killer OS from Google is here to rule. It has almost no big flaws and takes UI to iPhone level and features with par with Nokia. Its growing and will take over the world in no time.

Nokia - It's the market share leader. Its the No1 company and it sells more smart phone then all the other top 4 smartphone added together.  But even then it has a great threat from Android. Nokia need to improve a lots in UI department with more Capacitive screen mobiles. It has very powerful OS but need to make it easy to use as well. Whats the point if end users do not use all those features.
